There are 9 large bedrooms upstairs. Bedrooms 1&2 and 8&9 are adjoining. Each bedroom has their own ensuite. There is also one ground floor bedroom. The Villa features a large open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioned movie theatre and a games room which are perfect for entertaining large groups of all ages. There is also a kiddies play room with a television, dvd player and an assortment of toys. The large open plan living area flows outside to a fully fenced swimming pool & expansive deck with a BBQ.

Special conditions: If guests wish to have a function such as a wedding reception or birthday etc, there is a venue hire fee of $20 per person. The fee applies to persons ‘not’ staying at the premises. Eg; if 10 people are staying at the house and 30 people attend the function, a $400 venue hire fee will apply. No overnight guests.
